About Perfect Nest Way

A Brooklyn design and renovation studio for brownstones, row houses and apartments.

Our story

Made for Brooklyn living

Perfect Nest Way grew out of our own experience renovating homes in Prospect Heights, Crown Heights and Park Slope. We learned that a beautiful design is only half the job in this borough. The other half is navigating co op boards, Landmarks review, permits, narrow stairs and the neighbours who share your walls.

So we built a studio that handles both. Our designers and builders work together from the first visit, planning layouts, finishes and approvals at the same time. We communicate clearly, protect your building and leave every space cleaner than we found it.

Today we help homeowners across Brooklyn, from Clinton Hill and Fort Greene to Bed Stuy and Windsor Terrace, turn the homes they have into the homes they love.
